Complete product pivot and redesign: widening a bug tracker for QA teams and developers into the leading feedback platform for SaaS teams. MRR grew 500% within six months of relaunch, and Usersnap was acquired by saas.group in 2023.

I ship working code, not only mockups. A prototype in my hands is running software, which means design decisions get tested against reality instead of against a static frame.
I run an AI-native workflow: Figma to Claude Code, custom tooling, and agentic processes. I build my own tools, including Clobber, an open-sourced Chrome extension for in-place editing of static sites.
I have led teams of two to three designers and worked cross-functionally with founders, PMs, and engineers for a decade. Few candidates in the Swiss market can demonstrate this combination today.
